Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or by a check issued by a Portuguese bank.

Payments by Credit Card

• Credit cards accepted: VISA and MASTERCARD.
• A fax should be sent to +351 21 294 85 51 (or an email to ffct.tesouraria (at) fct.unl.pt) with the following information: 

Participant name
Name in the credit card
Total amount to be charged
Credit card number
Security code (last three digits on the back of the card)
Credit card expiration date (YYYY/MM)

Payments by Bank Transfer

• Transfer expenses must be supported by the participant.
• Participant and conference names should be provided.

• If the above information cannot be sent directly along with the transfer, please send an email with subject Bank Transfer Proof to iccopt2013 (at) campus.fct.unl.pt with a proof of the payment made by bank transfer.

  Conference banquet (60 €) and tour (15 €) not included in the registration fees.

Cancellation Policy and Refund

Cancellations, if any, must be requested to iccopt2013@campus.fct.unl.pt and obey to the following conditions:

   Until May 31, 2013  full refund (bank transfer fee subtracted).

   After May 31, 2013  no refund.

Refunds will be handled until September 15, 2013.
