Agnė is in charge of the policy research and evaluation in the fields of innovation and R&D policies and governance dynamics. She is a science, technology and innovation expert with more than 13 years of experience in the evaluation, impact assessments and feasibility studies as well as applied social sciences. She is also an experienced adviser on national STI indicators and establishment of the monitoring systems, and provides research and technical assistance for institutional capacity building. Agnė is an ERAWATCH and Inno-policy Trendchart national correspondent for Lithuania and had been an evaluator of Erasmus Mundus, LLP and operational programmes implemented under the Lithuanian strategy for the use of European Union Structural Assistance for 2007-2013.
