This meeting will be dedicated to the closure of the  EUSpec Cost Action MP1306: Modern Tools for Spectroscopy on Advanced Materials which is a network for gathering activities in theoretical spectroscopy to offer high level support for complex spectroscopy experiments within academic, applied and industrial research. Therefore, it is expected that the presentations summarize the work developed within the scope of this Action as well as the main conclusions achieved.
