WEDNESDAY, 17 MAY PM - WG4 WORKING SESSIONS + EXPLORINGLISBON´S OUTSKIRTS SINTRA/CASCAIS [Out SP](OPTIONAL GUIDED TOUR AND DINNER)

This tour exposes parts of the touristic nearby Lisbon suburbs in Sintra andEstoril-Cascais revealing Queluz National Palace (our small Versailles) gardens, the Estoril Coast and Guincho Beach (famous for the International Surf Competition), from where we can see Cabo da Roca (the westernmost point of Continental Europe) following a seafood/fish dinner and enjoy guincho´s landscape and ocean see. During the Tour we will be accompanied by an Official Tourist Guide who will tell us about the coast and outskirts of Lisbon. 

16:30‐ 17:15 Bus departure from FCT to Sintra ‐ Queluz, Queluz national palace arrival + about 20 minutes free time to see

Queluz Palace Gardens, if desired. (Queluz Palace, Sintra)

17:45 Exit via A5, to go to the Marginal in Oeiras and continue along the sea to Praia do Guincho (Cascais/Guincho)

18:30 Arrival at Guincho Beach, free time for photos and see from here Cabo da Roca (europe’s most western point)

18:50 Departure and transfer for dinner

19:00 Dinner at a Portuguese seafood/fish restaurant (Mar do Guincho, Cascais)

20:45‐ 21:45 Hotel returning (by highway) and drop offs
