Maja Musse received her Ph.D. degree in biophysics from University Louis Pasteur, Strasbourg, France, in 2000. She is currently a Senior Researcher and team leader at research unit OPAALE, NMR/MRI group (IRM_Food), French National Institute for Agriculture, Food, and Environment Research Institute (INRAE), France. Her research focuses on the development and application of MRI and TD-NMR methods for studying the structure, composition, and water dynamics of plants and food products at multiple length scales and under processing conditions.
