Megan Carey

PhD/Champalimaud Neuroscience Programme

Dr. Megan Carey received her BA and MA in Neuroscience from Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT, USA. For her doctoral thesis she studied the sensorimotor transformation for smooth pursuit eye movements in the laboratory of Stephen G. Lisberger, PhD, at the University of California, San Francisco, USA. Before starting her own laboratory at the Champalimaud in 2010, she trained as a postdoctoral fellow with Wade Regehr in the Department of Neurobiology at Harvard Medical School, Boston MA, USA.
