Preparation of Post-Proceedings
We just received the confirmation from Springer accepting the publication of revised selected papers of the CIBB2018
Under this compliance, we are inviting the authors to prepare their manuscripts according with Springer rules. The CIBB 2018 Programme Committee will perform another round of reviews for the post-proceedings and the accepted papers will be published in LNBI Springer series. Therefore, authors should consult Springer’s authors’ guidelines (ftp://ftp.springernature.com/cs-proceeding/svproc/guidelines/Springer_Guidelines_for_Authors_of_Proceedings.pdf) and use their proceedings templates, either for LaTeX (ftp://ftp.springernature.com/cs-proceeding/llncs/llncs2e.zip ) or for Word (ftp://ftp.springernature.com/cs-proceeding/llncs/word/splnproc1703.zip), for the preparation of their papers. Springer encourages authors to include their ORCIDs (https://goo.gl/hbsa4D ) in their papers. In addition, the corresponding author of each paper, acting on behalf of all of the authors of that paper, must complete and sign a Consent-to-Publish form, through which the copyright for their paper is transferred to Springer. The corresponding author signing the copyright form should match the corresponding author marked on the paper. Once the files have been sent to Springer, changes relating to the authorship of the papers cannot be made.
Papers must be submitted by March 20 through the following link: https://easychair.org/my/conference.cgi?conf=cibb2018 as well as the copyright form signed. Please choose the role of author in CIBB2018, click on “New Submission” in the black display and select the track “Post-proceedings CIBB2018. Here you will find the pdf of the copyright form to be filled and signed.
If you or any of the authors contributing to CIBB 2018 are interested in Open Access or Open Choice, please refer to webpage (https://www.springer.com/gp/computer-science/lncs/open-access-publishing-in-computer-proceedings). Springer will need the address(es) for the invoice(s) and the CC-BY Consent-to-Publish form(s) at the same time as the files for the publication.
