• Social program (Surf Lesson)

The social program includes a group surf lesson at Costa da Caparica beach. The session is structured in two parts: an initial theoritical component introducing key concepts, followed by a practical session in the water. All necessary equipment and insurance are included. The cost is €25 per participant. Those interested in joining are kindly requested to indicate their participation in the registration form.
