Oral Presentations:

1. Plenary talk is 60 min (approx. 50min. presentation + 10 min. Q&A).
2. Invited talks are 30 min. in length (approx. 25min. presentation + 5 min. Q&A).
3. Contributed talks are 15 min. in length (approx. 12 min. presentation + 3 min. Q&A).
4. Your presentation must be preloaded to the conference computer at least 15 min. prior to the start of your session on a USB stick. Please also check that the presentation file works properly on the computer prior to start of the session. Please contact the session chairperson 15 min. before the beginning of the session.

5. The standard audio-visual package in the conference rooms will consist of:

   • A video projector, screen and laser pointer
   • A PC windows XP with office pack (including power point) and USB plug
   • If you use a Macintosh please bring the vga adaptor

Poster Presentations:

1. The recommended poster size is A0 portrait (0.84 m x 1.2 m). The total available space per board is 1 m x 2 m.
2. Please ensure your poster is put up at lunch time on the date of your presentation Authors need to be present at their posters for discussion with attendees during the session. (We will have an award for the best poster)
3. Each author should remove his/her poster immediately at the end of the session.
