Registration fees

The registration fee includes:
• attendance to the conference
• welcome reception (July 16^th)
• conference dinner (July 19^th)
• dinners from July 16^th to 18^th, and lunches from July 17^th to 19^th
• coffee during breaks and poster sections
• accommodation (room as specified) at the Tivoli Sintra Hotel from July 16^th to 19^th (4 nights)
Guests are not permitted to attend conference lectures and discussion groups. The guest registration fee includes the accommodation (in a double room with a conferee), meals (all lunches and dinners) and the welcome reception.

Registration

Please download and fill out the REGISTRATION FORM completely.
Email the REGISTRATION FORM to the Meeting Secretariat
(please let us know if you have special needs).
Proceed with the fee payment (instructions below).
Send a bank's transfer order copy to the Meeting Secretariat. Please remember to indicate the participant's name in the bank's transfer order.
The registration will not be confirmed until payment has been received.
Payments upon arrival will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations received before April 1^st, there will be a full refund of the deposit.
For cancellations received before May 1^st, there will be a 75% refund of the deposit.
For cancellations received before June 1^st, there will be a 50% refund of the deposit.
For cancellations received before June 20^th, there will be a 25% refund of the deposit.
For cancellations received after June 21^st, no refund of the deposit will be made.
