Abstracts

The conference accepts submissions of abstracts for PowerPoint presentations and Poster session from all students enrolled at the PhD Programme in Civil Engineering at FCT NOVA.

All PhD students at more advanced stages of their study are invited to attend, present and act as a discussant during student presentation sessions. PhD students at early stages of their dissertation (in year 1) are also encouraged to attend and submit their abstract for poster presentations if they wish. There will be a Best Presentation Award and a Best Poster Award.

The conference accepts submissions of abstracts for PowerPoint presentations and Poster session on any topics related to civil engineering in its broadest sense, including structures, geotechnics, hydraulics, built environment, transport and other disciplines, as well as interdisciplinary contributions.

Submitting your abstract

Your completed Abstract Form must be emailed to Carla Teixeira (cbf@fct.unl.pt) with the subject “Conference Abstract” by 12 pm on Monday 19th February 2018.
