January 15, 2020: Deadline for abstract submission for Poster Presentation

The closing deadline for submission for Oral Communication is November 15, 2019

Authors will be notified of their abstract acceptance no later than November 24, 2019.

Abstract submission guidelines:
• The Workshop language is English.
• Please download the ABSTRACT TEMPLATE and write your abstract following the instructions included.
• E-mail the abstract, as a pdf file, labelled with the name of the presenting author (e.g. JC_Lima.pdf), to the Meeting Secretariat,
       indicating if you wish to be selected for an Oral Communication.
• Each registered person can only submit one abstract.

Presentations guidelines:
• The Workshop language is English.
• Keynote Lectures
      Each speaker will give a 25 minutes presentation followed by 5 minutes discussion.
• Oral Communications
      Each speaker will give a 12 minutes presentation followed by 3 minutes discussion.
A strict respect of the time assigned is mandatory and will be enforced by the session chair.
The presentation MUST BE delivered during the previous coffee/lunch break.
• Posters
      The poster size should not exceed 119 cm height and 84 cm width (A0 paper size).
      All posters should be placed on the respective poster board in the "Posters Area" at the Ágora Room in the morning of January 30.
• Flash Communications
      Authors of selected posters will give a 3 min presentation during the Poster Session.
