The registration fee includes:
• attendance to the workshop and poster section
• abstract book and workshop materials
• lunches and coffee breaks (January 30 and 31)
• Workshop dinner (January 30)

Proceed with the fee payment (instructions below).
Send a bank's transfer order copy to the Meeting Secretariat.
Please, remember to indicate the code "G11WS" and the participant's name in the bank's transfer order,
for example "G11WS_JCLima" (for the registration of J.C. Lima).
The registration will not be confirmed until payment has been received.
Payments upon arrival will not be accepted.

Cancellation policy
For cancellations received before October 1, there will be a full refund of the deposit.
For cancellations received before November 1, there will be a 50% refund of the deposit.
For cancellations received after December 1, no refund of the deposit will be possible.
