Notification for abstract acceptance or rejection has already occurred. If you have submitted your abstract until March 31, and did not receive this notification email, please contact us (checking first your spam mailbox).

Talks in contributed sessions have 20 minutes of duration, including time for questions. In organized sessions, each talk has a duration of 30 minutes, again including time for discussion.

If you have not yet completed your registration, please do it as soon as possible. To avoid cancelation, speakers should regularize the payment of the registration fee no later than May 15, 2011. The fee includes lunches, coffee breaks and the social program (reception, conference dinner and last day tour). Student fee only includes lunches and coffee breaks.

Please, do not forget the special session celebrating the 60th anniversary of Professor Joaquim Joao Judice. This session requires additional registration.

We recommend that you book your lodging as soon as possible. Since July is a high season for hotels in Portugal, it is convenient to book in advance. In the conference web page you will find information regarding hotel reservation. Room rates have again been revised and lower rates are now available, when booking using the travel agency that manages hotel accommodation.
