Registration fee:

Participation in the online conference has a total fee of 15 euros (+ eventual bank charges), which includes a Zoom link that will give access to:

  • All three main sessions
  • Virtual video tours to the NOVA conservation laboratories
  • Virtual video tours to the conservation laboratories of 4 museums in Lisbon (National Museum of Ancient Art, , National Museum of Archaeology, National Museum of Natural History and Science and Torre do Tombo National Archive)*
  • Breakout rooms with the museum's conservators (after each virtual video tour)
  • Networking chat rooms (with the Museum Benfica - Cosme Damião and the VI Luso-Brazilian Meeting on Conservation and Restoration)
  • Online quiz sessions (with prizes and surprises!)
You will also receive one gift pack with promotional codes and discount vouchers.
* Each pair of video tours will happen simultaneously, so although you will be able to choose only one or change between the two during the entire session, you will not be able to attend them both at the same time.


Registration for IIC Student and Early Career Members is free.

If you do not have the possibility to pay the registration fee, you may be eligible for an IIC bursary. Further information on how to apply can be found on the IIC website here.

Payment will be done through bank transfer. 

For the normal fee, you will be requested to add a proof of payment (PDF of the receipt) during the registration process, so please make sure you do it in advance. All the information you require for payment is provided below.
