Presentation Guidelines

Guidelines for poster presentation

Posters must be presented in a physical support (i.e no screens for digital posters will be available)

Poster format is vertical DIN A0 (841 mm wide 1189 mm high). We can print your poster in our university facilities. To use this service, please email a pdf or tif of your poster to info.dinoeggs@campus.fct.unl.pt, with the subject PRINT POSTER before September 28th (extended!).  All costs will be charged to you upon registration.

Guidelines for oral presentation

Oral presentations are scheduled for 15 minutes, plus 5 minutes of questions. Please try to adjust to the available time. Both Window and Mac computers, equipped with audio systems, will be available for presentation. We recommend Power Point, Adobe Acrobat or Prezi for your presentations.

Guidelines for video presentation

Eight-minute video presentations are welcome. Note that your presence in the room is required for this format of presentation, as the video show must be followed by 5 minutes of discussion and questions.

Please submit your videos in mp4 or avi format. We strongly recommend you send us your video before September 20th to avoid technical issues during presentation.
