The registration fee will cover the conference material, welcome cocktail, coffee breaks, lunches, the Conference's tour and Banquet.
After July 31, 2011, the payment may only be made on site, by credit card or cash.
Accompanying person fee – 150 € (the accompanying person fee includes the welcome cocktail, the lunches, a tour to Sintra/Cascais on the 7th, and the Conference´s tour and Banquet on the 8th.)
Cancellation policy
- Cancellation prior to 30.06.2011 – 25% penalty.
- Cancellation made after 30.06.2011 but prior to 31.07.2011 will be subject of 50% penalty.
- Cancellation made after 31.07.2011 will be subject of 100% penalty.
Please note that each presentation requires at least one author's registration and each registration allows a maximum of two presentations.
