The Course will be given by:

Dr. Carlos Gracia Fernandez (PhD in Applied Physics and Vocal of the Commitee of the Rheology Spanish Group)

In the Course there will be two main topics:
 

Non Linear viscoelastic measurements. LAOS (Large amplitude Oscillation shear). (3 hours)

1. What happens outside the LVR. SAOS, MAOS and LAOS
2. LAOS in an stress control or strain control rheometer
3. FT-rheology. Chebyshev coefficients. Information inside the LAOS with the 2 main aproachs in the state of the art.
4. Applications of LAOS

Interfacial rheology (1 hour)

1. Fundamental of interfacial measurements.
2. Types of interfacial geometries, Bicone, Du noy o ring, Double wall Ring.
