(**) Students and scholars from PALOP countries and East Timor may be exempted from the payment of the registration free, an offer by the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation. You would need to provide some ID to certificate your nationality. Contact us at conghmt@campus.fct.unl.pt for further inquiries.

Important payment information

If you pay via bank transfer, we ask that you kindly send us the bank receipt to our email, so we can be quicker to process your payment and provide an invoice. This is not, however, a mandatory step to concluding your registration.

If your chosen method is credit card, please bear in mind that the registry form does not work like an online shopping website. Payment may take a few weeks to be processed, but as long as you have filled the form and we have your data, your registration will stand as confirmed.

What does your registration fee include?

Conference Registration gives you access to:

• Conference documentation
• Welcome Reception
• All scientific sessions
• Refreshments, breaks and lunches during the Conference
• Social Programme
• Participation Certificate

Conference Registration does not include:

• The conference dinner (the fee for the dinner is 50 euros).
