Participants number is limited to 25 students.

In case we receive more applications than available seats, the International Organisation Committee will make a selection. One of the selection criteria will be the registration date.

When applying for the School, candidates must also provide:

  • A motivation letter.
  • An updated CV.
  • A recommendation letter from their own School or Institution (e.g. PhD supervisor or department head) - This can be sent until 20 April.

In case of admission, a registration fee will also be due (150 €), which will cover coffee-breaks, lunches, gala dinner and social events. 

Costs of travel and stay will be supported by participants. The FCT NOVA university residence Fraústo da Silva, located within a walking distance from the campus, will be available to receive participants. We encourage students to stay in the residence, for the sake of networking and relationship building.
