The Congress will be organized in accordance with the following schedule:

(1) 30 January 2013  - Deadline for suggestions for new themes, symposiums, and workshops
(2) 1 January 2013 to 10 March 2013 - Submission of abstracts
(3) 1 January to 15 April 2013 - Registration and Field trip bookings (at standard rates)
(4) 31  March 2013 - Deadline for formal notification of acceptance of abstracts
(5) 1 May to Congress - Registration and Field trip bookings late paid rates
(6) 1-2 July 2013 - pre-Congress field trips
(7) 3-4-5 July - Congress sessions
(8) 6-7 July 2013 - post-Congress field trips
